  Hi everyone.
  
  Im re submitting questions, because I believe the pics did not attach to email
  
  I’ve been looking for a few charts and cannot locate on the webpage. Does anyone know where they can be found?…..
  
  1. “Detailed executive summary”<span style=”line-height: 1.5;”> – I’ve only come across the one page, “REO/Loan profile” under NPN materials. </span>
  
  2. Looking for excel spreadsheet chart with the calculations embedded. It has 3 categories….
  
  “THE NOTE” with balance, terms, % rate and payments,
  
  “THE PURCHASE” with balance bought, term bought, %rate, payment bought.
  
  “THE RESALE” with balance bought, term bought %rate, Payment bought.
  
  3. Lastly, the pyramid shape charts – “The investment to value ratio” chart & the “Price Points” chart

  Yes I have looked under the NPN materials with file folders for Sample Docs & Agreements,
  
  Executive Summary,
  
  Mind Map guides,
  
  Industy info.
  
  Presentations, spreadsheet solutions…..
  
  I just can’t seem to find, but have seen it via Kevins webinars

  After I copied the partial calculation spreadsheet from the NS website, I created my own to provide quicker decision points. Cannot figure out how to upload a print screen but if you would like a copy of this spreadsheet, just email me at jackie@cyclis.com and I will send it to you. Hope this helps, Jackie
