Anyone have a phone number &/or name of a contact with PNC? I have customer service number. Trying to reach someone above CS. Issue involves their acknowledgment that a 1099 they sent to borrower in 2010 was for ‘write off’ purposes & not a ‘release of lien’.
Getting past the CS rep is impossible. And they sure don’t understand what I’m asking for.
