I have just watched the Appreciation Event videos with regard to Partials. I downloaded the Buying WORD file. I have a few questions maybe someone can answer.
Buying:
1) Definitions section – paragraph D – Is the amount shown here the same as shown on Line A of the Purchase Price Section? From Eddy’s discussion I get the impression it should be a higher number, but he didn’t say how he arrived at that number. Any help clarifying this for me is appreciated.
2) Assignment – Paragraph A – talks about “seller’s right” three places. I have shown this to a few folks and they all think right should be right’s in these three places. Which way is correct?
3) Rep’s & War’s – Paragraph B -payee’s right should be payee’s right’s? Which way is correct?
4) Termination of Agreement section – Paragraph – second sentence – talks about “purchaser’s then remaining right” should be “purchaser’s then remaining right’s”. Which way is correct?
4) Seller’s Disclosure – paragraph B – Seller’s right should be Seller’s right’s? Which way is correct?
