Hi Deborah, I don’t know if it was your update or the website, but this request above is showing up as “XML data tags” and not text? It could be a problem with the website? I cannot see what sort of templates you are looking for. – Michael Rogers

I think Deborah’s message is hidden in the XML, but digging it out looks like this:
<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;”>Does anyone have the following documents that we could use as templates?</span>
<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;”>- Request (offer) to borrower to start impounding taxes and insurance.</span>
<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;”>- Request letter for updated contact information from the borrower.</span>
I would start with the servicer first and let them send out these letters.

Nice, even my reply gets buried in XML. Trying the “Text” option in the reply window here…
