servicer recommendations?

  Does anyone have a servicer they prefer for NPNs? I think Note School has a preferred one for this, but I can’t remember who.

  Hi Les:
  
  NoteSchool uses Peak Servicing and if you have a note# from Colonial that starts with 2015 or 2016 it is already boarded there. We have two new NPN with them now and it seems like things move quite slowly with them but we don’t have anything else to compare it too. They say that this is just the “nature” of a npn.
