  Has anyone had any experience with Madison. At a first glance, their fee structure looks nice.

  I’ve had good success with NAA. Other than Peak that is the only servicer I’ve used

  I have been very pleased with the service and communication from Madison. I have used them to service several loans of mine — both performing and non-performing.
