I will be foreclosing on an asset in Florissant, MO. It is a 3b/2b SFR built in 1974. Values are anywhere from 105-120K right across the street. I do not want to hold title to the property after the FC. Wondering if there are other investors who would like to purchase this for their investment portfolio? Willing to do owner financing on the 50-50 model.
