I have foreclosed on a non-performing note and am now an owner of an REO.
This property needs a lot of work, but is vacant, has a clean title and current taxes.
This is a great candidate for a Turnkey Rental property and was reviewed on a call with Eddie. And you can eliminate all of the hold time and legal expense of starting with a non-performing note.
My goals have changed and I am not able to continue with this endeavor.
