Jim Allen here. I’ll be at the Summer Summit in June after visiting my Dad in Ohio and after the Dyches Boddiford class on the 2nd. Since it is summer, I’ll be camping in Arlington, down the street from Southlake.
This note space thing has me totally intrigued. It looks like there are, literally, huge opportunities to make a few bucks while also doing a degree of good. I was at the Rich Rewards class in Phoenix, I live in Orange, CA, and was overloaded with ideas and possibilities.
On the subject of possibilities with notes, does anyone specialize in certain kinds of notes? For instance, does anyone specifically buy only performing mobile home and land notes, or maybe notes on small commercial properties?
I retired late 2015 from the University of California and live quietly with my wonderful wife Joanne. I spend large parts of my time doing church projects and overseeing the care of my Dad.
