I have been accruing tax and insureance for an owner finaned property. What is the correct way to pay for each and also to notify home owner. I know the tax amount but I would need to ask the borrower the amont of the insureance.
If I understand your situation Gary you are the noteholder & you should be listed as Payee on policy. Just call his agent & request a copy of certificate.
