In researching about Land Contracts I found that in the state of Kentucky if the buyer is not paying as agreed, the seller cannot just file for <span style=”color: #212121; font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;”>forfeiture clause but must go through the entire Foreclosure process (judicial for Kentucky).</span>
