We are looking for a national business insurance carrier .
Our LLC is the owner of record via Deed on several Land Contract notes. We feel it is time to have Professional liability and maybe even General liability insurance. There seems to be a 2-3 month lag from when we own the note until we can be assured our LLC is listed as “Additional Insured”
We are also looking for insurance, especially liability.
I would guess everyone has this type of insurance. We have asked around locally here in the Twin Cities, and have not found a provider. I’ve been told it is a unique business to insure as we found one policy that is over $5000 for the annual premium.
If I am asking the wrong questions, or need to seek a specific type of insurance I would love the input.
