Need a foreclosure Attorney in Illinois that wont require me to have a D.C.L.

I need to execute a foreclosure in Illinois.  Apparently the state wants me to have a debt collectors license to do that (20 page app, plus supporting docs, and $750 app fee). Some attorneys say I need this as well but I know there are some that will do it for me without me having one. I can gust start calling around but can anyone shorten my search time with a recommendation? Have you ever done a foreclosure  in IL? Any thoughts or leads would help.  Thanks
