Purchased a “Performing Note” that has never performed. So, I’m checking on 2nd wave of HHF for Tennessee (they don’t have the funds yet) and researching how to find a good Foreclosure Attorney to take me through the process with the least amount of pain.
This will be my 1st experience with a Foreclosure.
