Is there a certain hotel near the office that we should stay? Are there blocked rooms?

I actually booked a room via Airbnb. Room rate was $38/night, about 15 min drive to office. I will be there Aug 22nd- Aug 24th, 2016. Looking forward to meeting other Titaniums that week!
