Hi, I am a recent Titanium member and am interested in partnering with another student who has done a few NPL purchases, and dispositions. Please reply to this thread or email me directly at BgCapFund@gmail.com. I can acquire the asset at Titanium pricing, and am looking to “increase my knowledge” in working out NPL’s. My biggest challenge is the due diligence process. I am looking for someone who has done at least 10 NPL’s (the more the better) to help my learning curve on NPLs. To date, I have purchased 4 NPL’s and am proceeding at a very slow pace in learning. I have money to invest as well.
