Does anyone have an insurer that will insure vacant properties?
We have had title for more than 60 days.
Many insurance companies will not cover.

Don’t know where your property is, but Ohio Insurance Solutions (http://ohiois.com) includes vacant property coverage in their normal (reasonable) rates.
