We are getting to the point where we need to setup a VA to manage some of the more mundane tasks. We only have a few investors and 12 notes but this looks like is it going to scale pretty quickly this summer and we need to be ready.
We have read a couple books on VAs but have not yet done the work of finding a VA and testing out a couple. Does anyone have any good/bad VA experiences?
Tasks we are considering using a for VA are:
* Data entry into CRM for new asset
* Confirm payments, documenting them in CRM
* Manage FP insurance (secure once asset closes, contacting servicer to confirm borrower insurance status, canceling FP insurance once borrower ins proof provided)
* Call county for taxes periodically
* Call insurance agencies periodically
