I’ve had REM Commercial managing a property in Akron for over a year now and now need to revise my recommendation. They started off OK but after a few months really fell off the property management wagon. They’ve been charging me for really stupid things, and charging way too much for normal things. In the beginning they were very communicative but now difficult to get anything out of them.

in reply to: Document templates neededI think Deborah’s message is hidden in the XML, but digging it out looks like this:
<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;”>Does anyone have the following documents that we could use as templates?</span>
<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;”>- Request (offer) to borrower to start impounding taxes and insurance.</span>
<span style=”color: #4b4d4d; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, ‘Helvetica Neue’, Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;”>- Request letter for updated contact information from the borrower.</span>
I would start with the servicer first and let them send out these letters.

in reply to: Document templates neededI have a property in Akron managed by REM Commercial. So far they have been responsive although it took them a long time (over 2 months) to get my property rented. So far all else has been OK.
