Jason Ortiz here — I live in Dayton and I have several lawn companies. Recommend you give Daniel Barker of Barker and Sons a call at 937-272-2134. Make sure you let him know that I referred you. They cut numerous properties for me over the last 8 years or so and Daniel carries general liability insurance. He also does property cleanouts and move-outs (used to work as a 3rd tier subcontractor for the big banks doing cleanouts).
