According to ForeclosureLaw.org the F/C timeline is 60 days in Connecticut, but I have no first hand experience. There is a RE Investors Association in West Hartford. Try contacting them at info@ctreia.com or (860) 265-4414 and maybe they can put you in touch with a RE investor friendly F/C attorney that can answer your question.
You might want to check out Jillian Sidoti. She had spoken at the Ohio Real Estate Convention a few years back. She really sounds like she knows the in & outs and knows the real estate investor business as well.
