Panera Bread in Hilliard, OH has a small enclosed community room (i.e. has doors and windows) that seats approximately 15-20 people that we could use. All they ask is that we spend at least $50 in total there. It is not available between 11-2 as that is their busiest time. I’ve been to several meetings myself there. It has a large central table and several smaller side tables. Hilliard is on the west side of Columbus and pretty centrally located in the state. The Panera phone number is 614-276-9900. The Hilliard Public Library has a meeting room we could use also. It’s free if used during normal business hours (9-9 Mon-Thurs, 9-6 Fri/Sat, 1-5 Sun). I have used this before also.
