I am starting to do more business in OH as a borrower/deal sponsor, and am looking for some good lending connections. What I am looking for is either:
A) Portfolio Lender (private, corporate, community bank, etc)
B) Traditional Lender
Who is able to provide a cash out refi for properties I own free and clear. When I complete a rehab project with intentions of holding, I would like to place a loan against the property, pull out a bit of equity, and repeat.
Please let me know of any community banks who are investor friendly, good loan brokers or officers, or any private or corporate people you know who may be able to help. I greatly appreciate it!
