We used an attorney used by the servicer. Check with them and see if they have a network of lawyers that they use.  The servicer may just handle it for you with an added charge.

Hi Robyn, No mod. Just deferred two payments last year. Forced place insurance for UPB. Payment does not include taxes and insurance.

Would likely be a lot cheaper to have the occupant move and offer them 12-1500. Save a little money and a lot of time.  Remember to winterize as soon as it is vacant!  Mick

Our property was vacant. Check your contract, but I believe that you cancel the contract via an attorney then evict.  Mick.

We just completed a land contract cancellation in White county Indiana. Cost us a total of 2200 or so and took 12 weeks.  The property was just outside of Lafayette.  Mick. 843 296-1210
