I had the same thing happen so me so I checked with NoteSchool and apparently the problem was a misunderstanding on RentFax Pro’s end. I think they have it fixed now but may have gone to only a 15% discount as the new code is TFA15. If that does not work for you I would suggest sending a question to the NoteSchool Help desk.
We purchased a NP note from Colonial this year in IN that was vacant and the borrower could not be found so a “Termination of Contract” was done by our servicer instead of doing a foreclosure. Hope this can work for you too.
We are note school students but from Houston, Texas. Hope you get a response from someone near you. We have a couple of NPL’s in Indiana and our servicer has had no success in contacting the borrower for either one of them. Wondered if you have any experience with this or would have any suggestions about a good way to track someone down there.
NoteSchool uses Peak Servicing and if you have a note# from Colonial that starts with 2015 or 2016 it is already boarded there. We have two new NPN with them now and it seems like things move quite slowly with them but we don’t have anything else to compare it too. They say that this is just the “nature” of a npn.

You might take a look at Podio. It has a lot of capability but does require some formatting for your specific needs. The price is right on it though (free) and there are some templates available for real estate.
